I’m a coach. I am a mom. I help mothers succeed in life, career & leadership while they grow & nurture their families.

If you'd rather spend your days at home with your family than at the office with your boss and coworkers, you're in the right place.

My approach is based on taking radical responsibility for your life. Together, we'll reframe your thoughts around societal expectations, career, relationships, self-love and motherhood, so you get to live out your life as a mother on your own terms.

In my work, I integrate my expertise from 7 years as an international talent & leadership development professional with my experience as a mother and professional coach.

APPROACH

How I work with you

My structured yet dynamic approach to working with you as a one-on-one or group client is informed by my professional training as a coach, my work as talent & leadership development professional and my experience with dozens of clients. Together, we'll get you from point A, to point B, to point C.

Thorough Assessment

We start with a deep dive into your current life through the lens of motherhood. What's working for you? What's not? We uncover your values, what you identify with and what truly matters to you.

Get Clarity on Goals & Vision

After we have an understanding of where you are and makes you tick, we'll create tangible goals and define your life's vision. What do you want your life look like 12 months from now? What goals will get you there? This is where you get to dream without limits. Your vision and goals will be rooted in the groundwork we have done by assessing your values.

Challenge negative thoughts & mindset work

This is the sometimes tough (but mostly fun) part! Together, we will identify - and challenge - your saboteurs and negative thought patterns. We will work on strategies to intercept feelings of self-doubt, guilt, shame and fear and cultivate a positive mindset through embodiment and visioning exercises and introspective questioning.

Step into action

At the end of each session and our overall time together, we will develop all the necessary tools and step-by-step plans so you can execute on your goals and commitments. This is where the work leaves the coaching conversation and is transferred into real-life action!
